Choose the stage you need help with, describe the study in your own words and upload whatever your supervisor has already seen.

Read your quotation
We come back with the scope, the price, the delivery date, the revision allowance and what is deliberately excluded.

Pay half and we begin
Pay by EFT using the reference on your quotation, then upload the bank confirmation. Work starts once that payment is verified — not before, so nothing is ever left in limbo.

Step 4
Follow the work
Your account shows the current stage and the delivery date you were given. If that date has to move, you hear it from us.

Step 5
Pay the balance and download
Your completed material is released to your account as soon as the final payment clears.
Paying
Half to start. Half when the work is ready.
The split protects both sides. You are never asked to pay for work before it has been scoped and priced in writing, and we are never asked to start work that has not been committed to.

Payment is made by EFT using the reference on your quotation. SmartPass verifies each transfer against the bank account before your project moves forward.

Work outside the list
Not everything fits a standard service.
If your study needs something the list above doesn’t cover, talk to us first. We’ll agree what the work actually is, then send you a written quotation for it. Work arranged this way is paid in full up front and delivered to you directly rather than through the portal — you’ll still have the quotation and the payment record in your account.

SmartPass Research provides research assistance and supporting material for master’s and PhD students. We do not sit exams, we do not submit anything on your behalf, and nothing we send is meant to be handed in as it arrives.
What you receive is there to be read, questioned, argued with and rewritten in your own voice. You stay responsible for meeting your institution’s rules on academic integrity, authorship, ethics, AI use and submission — read them before you use anything we send you.
If your institution’s rules and the scope we’ve quoted don’t line up, tell us before you accept the quotation. We would rather change the scope than put your degree at risk.
